    Dr. Michael Hori has been at Valley Medical Center since 1993. His practice includes comprehensive adult heath care and the diagnosis and management of a wide variety of infectious diseases, including osteomyelitis, endocarditis, soft-tissue and wound infections, fungal and bacterial diseases, HIV and other illnesses of the immunocompromised. He is an expert in travel medicine. He is looking forward to continued care in these disciplines.

    Dr. Hori is a native of the Northwest, spending most of his youth in Tacoma. He graduated from the University of Washington Medical School, where he also completed his Internal Medicine residency. He was Chief Resident at the Boise VA Medical Center for a year before completing his fellowship in Infectious Diseases at the University of California-Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases.

    He and his wife have three sons. He enjoys family life, skiing, camping, reading, running, swimming, and bicycling. He has even survived a couple of sprint triathlons.

    Biography

    Olga Lebed, ARNP, started her nursing career in 2001 working at Valley Medical Center. From her RN experience and during her graduate studies, she has developed a special interest in the management and care of patients with acute and chronic infections. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Washington and then earned her Master of Science degree at the Gonzaga University in Spokane. She holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

    Olga believes in developing relationships with patients to understand their health needs and goals and working collaboratively with each to develop a plan to achieve their optimal state of health. In her spare time, Olga enjoys skiing, hiking, reading, cooking, baking, traveling and spending time with friends and family. She is a member of Medical Reserve Corps. She volunteered with Grace4Haiti on two Medical Mission trips to Pierre Payen, Haiti in 2013 and 2014.

    Biography

    Dr. Greg Morlin’s practice focuses on the therapeutic interventions in infectious diseases and his interests include the fine balance between human defense mechanisms and microbial pathogens. Dr. Morlin grew up in South America and is originally a third generation native of the Pacific Northwest. He graduated from the University of Missouri (Columbia) - School of Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Iowa. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and obtained his fellowship training in Infectious Diseases at the University of Washington. He believes that the practice of medicine is a partnership between provider and patient.

    He enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys exploring the outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
