Dr. Chan received his master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his medical degree from the University of Washington. He completed his family practice residency at Valley Medical Center.

Dr. Chan worked as a research scientist for many years and has served on the board of the Washington State Medical Association. His practice covers all aspects of family medicine, including pediatrics and obstetrics. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, camping, horseback riding, and gardening.

Dr. Hemmen is board certified in Family Practice. She provides care to all ages and genders and to whole families. She has special interests in women's health and pediatrics. She targerts the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of disease. 

In her spare time she chases after her four active children, attending a lot of soccer and basketball games. She also enjoys volleyball, outdoor sports, and camping.

Dr. Lew received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego, and his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He completed his residency at Glendale Adventist Medical Center in Glendale, California.

Dr. Lew is especially interested in geriatrics and sports medicine. He believes in caring for the whole family and addressing the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of each patient. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children as well as reading, cycling, and hiking.

Dr. Phung attended Ross University School of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at Valley Medical Center.

Dr. Phung enjoys the breadth and diversity of family medicine, including the daily doctor-patient interaction, detailed communication, and proactive approach to patient health care.  He looks forward to providing comprehensive medical care balanced with empathy and understanding. 

In his free time, he can be found reading books on diverse subjects, participating in and watching sports, or finding a great place to eat.
