Dr. Harding graduated from medical school at the University of Vermont, and completed his residency at the Maine Medical Center and the Oregon Health Sciences University. 

Dr. Harding was honored as a Top Doctor for Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine in the 2007 edition of Seattle Metropolitan Magazine. 

His clinical interests include amniocentesis, birth defects, chorionic blood sampling, high-risk obstetrics, multiple pregnancy, prenatal diagnosis, ultrasound and vaginal birth after caesarean.
