Dr. Andrew Brockenbrough received his bachelors from Stanford University, his medical degree from Vanderbilt University and his masters in Epidemiology for the University of Washington. He completed both his internal medicine residency and his nephrology fellowship at the University of Washington. In addition he completed a transplant nephrology fellowship at the University of Washington. He also completed a transplant fellowship at the University of Alabama.  Dr. Brockenbrough is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology. 

In his free time Dr Brockenbrough enjoys rhododendron gardening, playing the cello and spending time with his wife and three children. 

Dr. Vilma Quijada received her medical degree from the University of Panama with additional training at DC General Hospital. She completed her internal medicine residency at DC General Hospital and her nephrology fellowship at Georgetown University; she also completed a research fellowship at Osaka University in Japan, she is a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology and is certified by the American Society of Hypertension as a Clinical Hypertension Specialist. Dr Quijada is board certified in both internal medicine and nephrology.

Dr Quijada is on the Board of Trustees of the Northwest Kidney Centers as well as being the Medical Director for Mount Rainier Kidney Center. She enjoys sailing, traveling and spending time with her family.
