Dr. Allen received her medical degree from the University of Washington and completed her residency in family medicine at Valley Medical Center.

Dr. Allen enjoys seeing the broad range of patients that family medicine provides; she especially enjoys obstetrics and women's healthcare. In her free time she likes to spend time with her husband and daughters, rollerblade, hike, and do various home improvement projects.
