This nutrition class offers the tools and strategies to help you continue healthy habits over the holiday season. You’ll be educated on how to manage your caloric intake, without having to give up your favorites foods during the holiday festivities. We’ll discuss go-to healthy meals while dining out or cooking from home, stress management tools, and exercise tips to help keep you motivated during this busy time of year.
