The Fitness Center at Valley Medical Center is here to coach you through both. The Eat Smart for Life series was created to jumpstart your healthy eating by using habit building techniques and helping you tailor a plan that's sustainable. You’ll also learn how to dissect a nutrition label, build meal planning skills and become a grocery shopping expert. Changing Your Mindset for Lasting Change The first and hardest step to creating change is wanting to change and making a mindful decision to lose weight and get healthy.
