Carry Your Medicine List—It Could Save Your Life
Drug interactions can result in serious health consequences. Be sure to maintain a current list of your medications to carry with you and share with your healthcare providers. Do the same for your children, parents and anyone else whom you care for. Medications include over-the-counter medicines, herbals, supplements, minerals, ointments and vitamins. For your convenience, The Washington Patient Safety Coalition has collected a number of medication lists you can print and fill out at home to tuck in your wallet.
