Class Name: Bike Helmet Program

Class Description:
People of any age can receive a custom-fit bike helmet for $8 the first Monday of every month, 3 to 7 pm. The helmet wearer must be present to purchase the helmet and be measured for fit. BodyWorks is a new health education program developed by the Department of Health and Human Services' office. It is designed to provide parents and caregivers of adolescent girls with tools to improve family eating and activity habits. The tool kit includes a video, cooking strategies, a recipe book, and more.
