Babysitters 11 and older learn about home safety, accident prevention, feeding, and diaper-changing from healthcare professionals. Fee includes take-home packet and books. 425.228.3440, ext. 2684


Class Name: Bike Helmet Program
Fee: $8

Class Description:

People of any age can receive a custom-fit bike helmet for $8 the first Monday of every month, 3 to 7 pm. The helmet wearer must be present to purchase the helmet and be measured for fit. The program is offered at Valley Medical Center Children's Therapy, located at 3600 Lind Avenue SW, Suite 160, in Renton. For more information, call our bike helmet information line at 425.656.5577.

Class Description:

BodyWorks is a new health education program developed by the Department of Health and Human Services' office. It is designed to provide parents and caregivers of adolescent girls with tools to improve family eating and activity habits. The tool kit includes a video, cooking strategies, a recipe book,  and more.

Times: The class begins October 2, 2007 through December 4, 2007: Tuesdays 6-8:30 pm

Class Description:
