VMC Physician Inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Radiology

RENTON, WA - Dr. Philip Lee Lund, president of Valley Radiologists at Valley Medical Center, has been inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Radiology (ACR). The induction took place at a formal convocation ceremony during the recent 86th ACR Annual Meeting and Chapter Leadership conference in Washington, D.C. Only 10 percent of College members have been awarded this honor.

ACR Fellowship is awarded to members who have evidenced significant accomplishments in advancing the field of radiology.

Dr. Lund is partner and president of Valley Radiologists, and he is a radiologist at Auburn Regional Medical Center. He is a member of the ACR, Society for Pediatric Radiology, and the American College of Physician Executives. Dr. Lund earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1984.

The ACR is a national non-profit association serving more than 32,000 radiologists, radiation oncologists, interventional radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians and medical physicists with programs focusing on the practice of radiology and the delivery of comprehensive health care services.
