Board of Commissioners (BOC) Meetings
The Board of Commissioners (BOC) or "District Board" meets the first and third Mondays of every month at 5:30 p.m. in the Board Room of Valley Medical Center. This schedule could change in early 2012. Meetings which occur on a holiday (Martin Luther King Day, Presidents’ Day, Labor Day) are held the next business day. Meetings are open to the public.

PUBLIC HOSPITAL DISTRICT NO. 1 NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING TIME CHANGE The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Public Hospital District No. 1 of King County, (Valley Medical Center) scheduled for the 1st Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m., has been rescheduled to the first and third Mondays of every month at 5:30 p.m. in the Board Room of Valley Medical Center. Meetings will be moved to Tuesday if the Monday is a holiday. This meeting schedule will become effective at the next regular meeting, February 6, 2012.
