Board of Trustees (BOT) Meetings
The Board of Trustees (BOT) or "Valley Board" meets the third Monday of each month at 2:30 PM in the Board Room at Valley Medical Center unless changed by public notice. BOT meetings will automatically move to Tuesday when a federal holiday occurs on a 3rd Monday. Meetings are open to the public.
BOT committee meetings are held as follows:
- Finance, Facilities & Audit – 3rd Monday of each month at 2:30 PM in conference room B (pursuant to public notice or federal holiday schedule noted above)
- Executive Committee – 2nd Tuesday of each month from 11:00 AM — 12:00 PM in the Board Room
- Joint Conference Committee – 2nd Tuesday of each month, from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM in the Board Room. This meeting is excluded from the Open Public Meeting Act pursuant to RCW 42.70.510 and RCW 43.41.200.

Notice is hereby given that the Valley Medical Center Board of Trustees Joint Conference Committee will be held on the second Tuesday of every month from 12:00 – 1:30PM in the Board Room of Valley Medical Center.
