Pilates

This mat class uses the techniques taught by the renowned physical trainer, Joseph H. Pilates to increase abdominal/core strength, improve flexibility and balance, develop long, lean muscles and obtain full body control. While challenging, it is safe and effective for all fitness levels.

Pilates/Fascia Release Combo

Pilates excercises mixed with movements using the foam roller to help relieve muscle tension and adhesions. Great for those sore, achy muscles!

Spinning BootCamp

A 45-minute lunch time workout that will include spinning, free weights, resistance bands, stretching and more! A quick high-intensity workout so you can return to work energized and ready to tackle the rest of your day.

Step

Involves the use of bench stepping to music with creative moves to create a high-intensity, low impact cardiovascular workout. Choose your own intensity level simply by lowering or adding height to your step. A great workout for beginner’s to advanced.

Evening Flow Yoga

This class is a combination of gentle flowing series and weight bearing postures to increase or maintain bone density. Postures to maintain focus and balance will also be included. Class will incorporate breathing techniques for organ and tissue health, and end with deep stretching and a final relaxation.
