Water Aerobics

This invigorating workout combines cardiovascular work and muscle endurance using the water's resistance to exercise. A non-weight-bearing, total body workout for a variety of fitness levels.

Liquid Intervals

Get more bang for your buck with this engaging interval class.  The bouyancy of the water provides support allowing an all encompassing workout, great for all levels.  The class improves cardio-respiratory fitness, muscle strength and endurance.  Give it a try and be ready to work!

H20 Circuit

Attend this class to receive a fun, challenging workout.  You'll move through stations of both cardiovascular and muscular conditioning exercises.  Great way to start the weekend!

 

H2O Core Solutions

Challenge your core by recruiting deep-trunk muscles during low-impact aerobics.  The water is a safe place to create instability and enhance levels of resistance for increased muscular endurance, increased joint and and muscular range of motion, enhanced nervous system activity and better balance and core function.

Shred & Tread

Challenge yourself in this cardiovascular and muscular endurance class.  High intensity intervals, drills and other combinations will push your water aerobics skills!

 * Prenatal

Water exercise class specifically designed for the expectant mother.  The class includes low-level aerobics, gentle stretching, muscle conditioning and relaxation exercises.  Medical clearance is required.

 * Stress Free

Low-level water exercise class designed for people with orthopedic conditions such as arthritis, joint replacement, low back disorders, MS, Parkinson's, fibromyalgia and other medical conditions.
