Erin Peterson
Physical Therapist

Erin earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound. She enjoys working with patients to develop custom rehabilitation programs that help restore function, promote the ability to move, reduce pain and prevent disability. For pre- and post-surgical patients, Erin coordinates care with referring physicians to help reduce the chance of surgical complications and hasten recovery. Erin also works closely exercise specialists at the Fitness Center to develop fitness plans that help patients safely work toward their goals without causing further injury.

Megan Harris

Megan earned her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Western Washington University in 2009 and graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Puget Sound in 2014. She believes in a functional, movement based and patient centered approach to rehabilitate current musculoskeletal injuries as well as work to prevent reinjury or future injury. Megan enjoys working with a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions as well as has an interest in working with Adaptive Athletes, in both an injury prevention and injury rehabilitation capacity. Megan aims to incorporate a variety of treatment methods to assist you in getting back to the activities you enjoy.
 
 
 
Rachel Milhem

Rachel Milhem

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Washington and moved on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Puget Sound. She primarily treats patient with musculoskeletal problems, but also enjoys working with both adults and children with neurological dysfunction. Rachel aims to make her patients enjoy starting a fitness program in a fun and safe environment, and enjoys individualizing physical therapy and fitness programs to improve strength and functional capacity to meet each patient's needs and goals.

Michael Lynch
Wellness Coach, Registered Dietician

Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Metabolism from Washington State University, and his Master of Science in Exercise Science & Human Movement from Western Washington University. He is certified as a Registered Dietician Nutritionist, Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Certified Diabetes Educator, and Health & Wellness Coach. Michael enjoys evaluating the dietary needs of patients enrolled in the Lifestyle Medicine Clinic's Healthy Foundations Program to help them create healthy and delicious meal plans.

Abrey Lee

Abrey earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science from Texas Christian University. She enjoys working alongside patients to educate and empower them to reach their nutrition and lifestyle goals. She believes in creating sustainable changes with her patients and helping them create healthier eating habits that will last a lifetime.



 
 
Kimberly Konczak

Kimberly Konczak

Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Missouri, and her Master of Science in Nutrition and Wellness with an emphasis in Health Education from Benedictine University in Illinois. She is certified as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and is licensed as a Dietitian in the State of Washington. Kimberly enjoys providing one-on-one nutrition counseling for both pediatric and adult populations as well as facilitating group nutrition education sessions on behalf of the Lifestyle Medicine Clinic.
