Your First Appointment

Welcome to the Psychiatry & Counseling Clinic. If you are interested in making an appointment with us, please call our intake coordinator at 425.656.4055. Choose option #1 to be directed to her voicemail. Leave the appropriate contact information and you can expect a return call within approximately 1-2 business days. Our intake coordinator will call you back and obtain the necessary information to see if our clinic is able to meet your needs. If an intake appointment is made for you, please print out the registration form and new patient intake form and bring the completed forms to your appointment.
