Pilates

This mat class uses the techniques taught by the renowned physical trainer, Joseph H. Pilates to increase abdominal/core strength, improve flexibility and balance, develop long, lean muscles and obtain full body control. While challenging, it is safe and effective for all fitness levels.

Pilates/Fascia Release Combo

Pilates excercises mixed with movements using the foam roller to help relieve muscle tension and adhesions. Great for those sore, achy muscles!

A 45-minute lunch time workout that will include spinning, free weights, resistance bands, stretching and more! A quick high-intensity workout so you can return to work energized and ready to tackle the rest of your day.

Involves the use of bench stepping to music with creative moves to create a high-intensity, low impact cardiovascular workout. Choose your own intensity level simply by lowering or adding height to your step. A great workout for beginner’s to advanced.

This workout is designed to improve health, athletic performance, and mental acuity in people of all ages and fitness levels. It will introduce the basics of yoga postures, body awareness, breathing and relaxation. Learn to move, stretch, and strengthen your body.

Feel the beat and swing your hips! Motivating music is combined with Latin-based dance moves and combinations. No dance experienced required come and have fun.

Family Swim & Gym

As a member you may bring two youth (ages 5-15)at this time for no charge. Any additional children will pay $2 for the session. They are welcome to use the gymnasium and the pools. Note: We must have a liability form for each child that has been signed by their parent or guardian. Liability forms available at the front desk.
