The Prescription Pad Pharmacy

Monday–Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (closed from 1:00 to 1:30 pm)
The Prescription Pad is a full-service community pharmacy located on the first floor of the Talbot Professional Center. The pharmacy employees are dedicated to processing your prescriptions quickly, accurately, and in a friendly manner. This pharmacy offers herbal supplements, supplies, and over-the-counter medication sales.
Inpatient Pharmacy
Pharmacy services are available to hospital patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Hospital pharmacists have authority in selecting and monitoring drug therapy for patients in the hospital, Ambulatory Treatment Unit, Emergency Department, and Family Practice Residency clinic.
Anticoagulation Clinic at Valley Medical Center
Hours
Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm by appointment
The Anticoagulation Clinic pharmacists provide regular blood testing, analysis, treatment, and education to patients using anticoagulation medicines such as Coumadin, Lovenox and Arixtra.
