Anticoagulation Clinic
The Anticoagulation Clinic allows patients on blood thinners to have their blood tested with a simple finger stick. Results are available immediately. This eliminates painful blood work, and the long wait for results from the lab and the doctor's office. Dosage adjustments can be determined in the same visit, and in-house pharmacists are available to answer any questions.
Enrollment in the Anticoagulation Clinic at Valley Medical Center requires approval from your physician.
