Quiet Places
A change of scenery can help clear your mind and lift your spirits. Ask your doctor or nurse if your medical treatment or therapy would allow you to visit one of the lovely tranquil spaces at Valley Medical Center. Volunteers are available 24/7 at ext. 5191 to transport you and/or provide companionship.

- Healing Garden - graces the exterior of the breezeway to North West Pavilion - is situated on the second floor is down on the left from the main Birth Center entrance
- Prayer / Reflection room - located on the second floor of the hospital directly across from the fountain
- A Quiet Room - tucked away in the Birth Center is a tranquil place for patients and families to take a "time out".
