- Maintenance Program. This program offers weekly classes focusing on keeping the weight off. You’ll learn how nutrition, calories, physical activity, and lifestyle changes are related and a simple calorie-balancing system that emphasizes fruits, vegetables, and other low-calorie foods.
- HMR at Home. You don’t need to be enrolled in our program to purchase HMR meal replacements, delicious shakes, entrees, and bars. Studies have found that people using meal replacements lose three times as much weight as on traditional diets and maintain their weight loss.
