Valley Medical Center is one of many healthcare systems and pharmacies that continue to be impacted by a vendor network disruption. We have regained the ability to process prescriptions at our pharmacy locations with a few exceptions. We continue to have limited ability to process copay assistance cards. Thank you for your patience as we continue to work to help as many people as we can until the issue is resolved.
Due to high levels of seasonal illness in our community, we strongly recommend wearing a mask in our hospital and clinics. See our patient visitor policy.
Valley Medical Center provides interpreter services for our patients free of charge. Part of the patient registration process includes finding out what a patient's primary language is, as well as their preferred language for speaking with their provider. If there is a language barrier present and they prefer an interpreter, we will provide one. Most of Valley's interpreter services are offered remotely through video and services can be provided in hundreds of languages. Because the services take place over video, it is easier for the patient, interpreter and provider to all make sure everyone is understanding each other.
If you feel an interpreter is needed, please ask your care team and we will make sure one has been requested for you.
