Resolving Issues 

Valley Medical Center respects the rights of all patients. Patients also share in the responsibility of their care as part of the healthcare team. A complete copy of the Valley Medical Center Patient Rights and Responsibilities is available through your healthcare team or the Admitting Department. Interpreter Services are also available by contacting your healthcare team.
 
We encourage you to report any concerns to the staff or manager at the point of care or service so that the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
