Dr. Kropp received her medical degree cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She completed her residency at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri. Before relocating to the Northwest, she spent time in private practice in Florida and Chicago.
Dr. Kropp enjoys seeing a wide variety of patients and has special interest in pediatrics and women's health as well as diabetes and preventative care. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters, traveling, and music.

Dr. Molina enjoys working with families; his practice includes pediatrics, adult medicine, and obstetrics. In his free time he plays soccer, works with computers, and spends time with his wife and two children.

Dr. Stepan received her medical degree from the University of Medicine, Bucharest, Romania and then she underwent one year residency in Bucharest; she pursued a research career at the University of Washington for another year before enrolling in Internal medicine; she completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Spokane Internal Medicine residency program (UW affiliated program).
Dr. Stepan enjoys the challenges of Internal medicine and her particular focus is on chronic disease management (COPD, diabetes, cardiovascular disease). Preventive medicine is another strong interest with the emphasis on evidence based screening tests. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her husband and two kids, hiking and creative writing.
