PowerUp/Kinesis 

Try the ultimate conditioning class! This class will focus on muscle strength & conditioning, balance, and coordination and uses the Kinesis wall and other equipment.

Step

Involves the use of bench stepping to music with creative moves to create a high-intensity, low impact cardiovascular workout.  Choose your own intensity level simply bylowering or adding height to your step. A great workout for beginners to advanced.
