Emergency Room Intervention Team
The emergency room intervention team (ERIT) provides psychiatric emergency services and coordinates admissions to the psychiatric unit. This team is staffed by mental health clinicians and is available 24 hours a day. Individuals, physicians, or community mental health professionals may reach ERIT by calling 425.228.3450, ext. 4491. Individuals in crisis may go directly to Valley Medical Center's emergency room, located at 400 South 43rd Street in Renton.
