Fit for Life

This class includes specific exercises to help you maintain and improve your ability with daily activities. It emphasizes improving balance, strength, and flexibility. For people who need a little more supervision and need to ease into a beginning program.

Fit for Life-Plus

This gentle exercise class is suited to all body types. It consists of light floor aerobics and muscle conditioning exercises to increase both strength and flexibility. Great for new exercisers and those who previously only exercised in the pool.

Mix It Up!

This class will keep you on your toes. Experience a variety of workouts ranging from aerobic to strength, interval to circuit. Expect a new challenge every Friday using the step, core-board, bosu, stability balls, bands, free weights, body bar, and more.

Pilates

A mat/floor conditioning class that uses the techniques taught by the renowned physical trainer Joseph H. Pilates to increase abdominal and core strength, improve flexibility and balance, develop long and lean muscles, and obtain full body control. A challenging, yet safe and effective, workout for all fitness levels, young and old.

Pilates/Fascia Release Combo

Pilates excercises mixed with movements using the foam roller to help relieve muscle tension and adhesions. Great for those sore, achy muscles!

Power Cycling

Experience an intense cycling workout. The instructor takes you through a workout/ride of about 45 minutes, giving commands to sprint, ease up, or add resistance to simulate hills. For all fitness levels.

Reebok University, a leader in creating new and innovative fitness programs, has created a resistance training workout based on five elements of functional performance. This motivating and effective class is designed to increase body awareness and facilitate progression into multi-skill patterns.

This class sets bench stepping to music, using creative moves for a high-intensity, low-impact workout. Choose your own intensity level simply by lowering or adding height to your step. A great workout for beginners to advanced.

Yoga

A workout designed to improve health, athletic performance, and mental acuity in people of all ages and fitness levels. It will introduce you to basic yoga postures, body awareness, breathing, and relaxation. Learn to move, stretch, and strengthen your body.

Yogilates

This 45-minute workout features a mix of yoga and Pilates. A convenient lunchtime class, it will help you improve your posture, enhance core abdominal/back strength, and increase muscle flexibility and joint range of motion. It's a great midday refresher and stress reducer, too!
