John Clyde, MD, was raised in Tyler, TX. He received a BA in Spanish from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. He went on to receive his DPM (Doctor of Podiatric Medicine) degree in 2009 at the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, IL. In 2012, he received his residency certificate in Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery from John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX.
Dr. Clyde married his wife Sarah, a native of Eastern Washington, and worked in private practice in Spokane, WA prior to joining UW Medicine | Valley Medical Center.
In their free time, Dr. Clyde and his wife enjoy spending time outdoors with their two kids, hiking and enjoying the Northwest. Dr. Clyde has a special interest in baseball and tries to make as many games as possible.
