Liz Corwin, DPT, has an interest in orthopedic rehab, lifestyle medicine, vestibular rehab, sports rehab, and performing arts rehab. Ms. Corwin is an accomplished, innovative therapist driven to improve individuals’ quality of life. She is passionate about using a collaborative health team approach to empower her patients to take control of their health and thrive. She strongly believes in listening and working together with her patients to help them achieve their goals. She is a firm believer in the principles of lifestyle medicine and always tries to consider the “whole picture.”
Ms. Corwin is a board-certified sports clinical specialist and a member of the International Association for Dance Science and Medicine. She serves on the board of directors for Seattle Dance and Performing Arts Medicine where she also co-chairs their community outreach and education committee.
Ms. Corwin graduated from Elon University with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2014 where she was awarded the “Outstanding Student Researcher” award for her work with dancers. She grew up in Oregon and holds two bachelor's degrees from University of Oregon, in dance and human physiology. She has been dancing her entire life, starting with classical training and then branching out to many other styles. She has a passion for working with performing artists in the clinic. When not at work she enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, dancing, circus, yoga, music, and gardening.
