Jeffrey T. Landers, MD , FACS, FASMBS, LCDR-USN-RET is a dedicated surgeon specializing in Bariatric and Metabolic surgery. Dr. Landers is a Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Quality Assessment and Improvement Program (MBSAQIP) Verified Surgeon, who has completed over 2,700 Bariatric procedures and over 4,000 General Surgery procedures.
Dr. Landers performed the majority of operations at the only Five Star Health Grades Bariatric Surgery Center in Washington (2015, 2016, 2017) and has consistently had complication rates in the lowest percentiles for the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence Site Visit Reports for the last decade.
Dr. Landers completed medical school at Case Western Reserve University, in Cleveland, Ohio, and General Surgery Residency at The University of Rochester, NY. Dr. Landers then served active duty with The U.S. Navy, as a surgeon, where he earned The Navy-Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Operation Enduring Freedom medals, and several other medals.
