Brianna Grinnell, DO, is a family medicine physician at Valley Family Medicine. She grew up in Issaquah, Washington, not too far from Renton. After working her way down the west coast, attending college in Oregon at Willamette University, and medical school in California at Touro University, she wanted to return to her home state for residency. Valley Family Medicine was a perfect fit for her, with its focus on clinic, obstetrics, and wellness. She is most passionate about preventive care and gynecology. She appreciates that at Valley Family Medicine, there is a rotation at a local Planned Parenthood clinic. Prior to medical school, she worked at Planned Parenthood for three years, and during medical school was president of Medical Students for Choice. Outside of residency, she likes to spend time around the Seattle area, exploring, hiking, going to parks, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her husband, family, and two Pomeranians.
