So Hee Kim, DNP, AGNP, ARNP enjoys working with patients with chronic headaches. The philosophy of her practice is a holistic approach for chronic headache management including pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and other lifestyle changes. She values working with each individual to discover multiple contributing factors of a headache, setting goals of treatment with them, empowering them to modify those factors, developing optimal management, and improving social functioning and quality of life. She also performs trigger point injections, occipital nerve blocks, and botulinum toxin injections for chronic headache management.
So Hee is a board-certified advanced registered nurse practitioner with a doctorate in nursing practice. She received her Doctoral degree in Adult and Gerontology Nursing Practice from University of Washington in 2017. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1998 and Master of Science degree in Adult Nursing in 2003 from Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea. She is a member of American Headache Society, American Academy of Neurology, and International Headache Society.
In her spare time, So Hee enjoys pilates, barre exercise, indoor rock climbing, hiking, kayaking, cooking, watching ballet, opera, and musicals.
