Danielle Satow, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant in the neurosurgery service at Valley Medical Center. Danny grew up in Brooklyn, NY, before moving to the west coast for college and to be closer to her family. She received her Master of Clinical Health Services in physician assistant studies from University of Washington’s MEDEX Northwest PA program. At graduation she was presented the Spirit of MEDEX award which recognizes those who have shown compassion and sensitivity to others while displaying great dedication to their medical profession. Prior to that, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in psychology at Portland State University, with an emphasis on behavioral neuroscience. Her undergraduate research contributed to several topics in the neurological field, including seizure therapy, CSF analysis, and migraines.
Danny remains active in the community by supporting policy change to improve healthcare as a committee board member and videographer with the Washington Academy of Physician Assistants. On her days off, she likes to visit with her grandparents, spend time gardening, or produce local films with her fiancé.
