    Biography

    Tim Asher, MD, practices in urgent care with an interest in connecting patients’ acute needs with longer-term preventive care. He is board certified in family medicine and a member of the American Association of Family Practice.

    Dr. Asher grew up in Poulsbo, Washington, and went to college at University of Puget Sound in Tacoma. He studied medicine at University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia, completing the latter clinical years at Ochsner Hospital system in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed residency in family medicine at Valley Family Medicine in 2018, and has worked in urgent care ever since. Outside of work, Dr. Asher spends time with his young family, playing pickleball, walking the dog, woodworking, and playing piano or guitar.

    Biography

    John Tomchick is a graduate of MEDEX Northwest, the University of Washington's Physician Assistant Program. He worked at Valley's Maple Valley Primary Care Clinic 1995 to 2018 and transitioned to North Benson Urgent Care in February 2018.

    Tomchick enjoys caring for patients of all ages, with emphasis on health maintenance, preventive care, and patient education. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, outdoor activities, sporting events and music.

    Megan Worthley, MD received her medical degree from the University of Texas at Houston and completed her residency in family medicine at Valley Medical Center.

    Dr. Worthley loves the continuity that family medicine provides. She enjoys seeing patients through their lives as well as the chance to get to know and care for the whole family. She enjoys obstetrics and the fact she gets to continue to see the newborn as they grow!

    Outside of her work life she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs. They enjoy the outdoors and traveling. She is hoping to pick up some winter sports soon, as growing up in Hawaii she never got that chance.
