If you would like to fill your medications with us, have your doctor call or send your prescription to VMC Specialty Pharmacy. You can order refills and check the status of your order by calling and speaking to our staff.

Valley Medical Center Specialty Pharmacy follows Washington State laws when filling prescriptions with generic medications. If a medication substitution must be made, we will call you to inform you of the change.

If you feel that Valley Medical Center Specialty Pharmacy is not able to meet your needs, we can transfer your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.

Your insurance may require you to receive your medication from a specific pharmacy.  If for any reason we are no longer able to fill your medications, we will inform you and coordinate the transfer of your prescription.

Consider the benefits of MyChart

Refills can also be processed through MyChart, our on-line tool that provides patients with access to medical records, appointment schedules, and information about their medications. MyChart comes with a mobile app, making it easy to access your information on your tablet or smartphone wherever you are.

If you are a family member caring for someone who is taking specialty medications, the patient can give you permission to access their MyChart records to help monitor medication refills and other care details. Parents of small children being cared for with specialty medications have full access to their child's MyChart records.
