Financial Help & Options
As a public district hospital, Valley Medical Center is committed to providing the best care possible to every patient, regardless of ability to pay. Uncompensated care regularly accounts for more than 10 percent of our annual operating revenue. To ensure we help as many people as possible, individuals are qualified based on financial documentation and demonstrated need. (VMC's financial assistance program is limited to assistance with hospital facility bills.)
We recognize the significant financial burden medical expenses create for patients with limited or no healthcare coverage. We will offer uninsured patients a similar discount to the discount taken by our contracted insurance carriers.
Uninsured
patients may be eligible for a prompt pay discount for their outstanding

Valley Medical Center also offers payment plan arrangements:
Short term (12 month or
less) no interest payment plans are available through our Patient Financial
Services department. Please contact one of our representatives at
