Diabetes Education & Nutrition Clinic works closely with primary care providers to help patients gain control over their diabetes, and learn how to live full and active lives. Our compassionate staff of nurses and registered dieticians offer counseling and classes in both group and private settings.

    Courtney McCliment, RD, enjoys providing nutrition counseling in the areas of weight management, sports nutrition, pre-diabetes, diabetes and heart health. She is passionate about improving the quality of life through better self care. She believes healthy food choices and physical movement have a profound impact and role in prevention and management of chronic disease. She strives to empower people on their own, unique path to good health.

    Courtney began her career in dietetics in 2005. She completed her Bachelor of Science in food science and human nutrition at Washington State University. She has experience in both inpatient and outpatient nutrition care and counseling. She developed a special interest in the area of diabetes and became certified as a diabetes care and education specialist.

    When away from work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family at home. She loves weight lifting and spending time outdoors running and hiking.
