Dr. Desai’s philosophy of care: “To deliver quality care, it is essential that the patient is educated on their issue. As their teacher, I often use drawings and diagrams to facilitate learning. Once a patient knows what’s going on, we can develop a treatment plan that suits that patient’s needs. Additionally, open communication and teamwork with the primary care physician is vital to successful patient outcomes.”
