    Biography

    Keith Boyd, DPT, works with patients of all ages, and of different backgrounds. He enjoys working with the young athlete, the injured worker, as well as the weekend warriors. He is an advocate for patients taking an active role in their rehab to help them reach their therapy goals and have the best quality of life.

    Keith has been a physical therapist since 2000, after graduating from University of New England in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy. He lives in Covington and has been working in the Covington area for 14 years. He continues to take classes to improve his clinical skill set, as well as leadership classes. He lives with his wife and two children, and in his spare time enjoys playing softball, hiking, and being outdoors with the family.

    Biography

    Hannah Colopy, DPT, specializes in treating patients with orthopedic and sports injuries, and has a special interest in dance medicine and injury prevention. She enjoys working closely with patients of all ages and backgrounds to fully understand their goals, and believes in empowering her patients to take control of their wellness and longevity. She is passionate about incorporating lifestyle medicine principles into her treatment and using a collaborative health team approach to improve patients’ quality of life.

    Hannah is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, including the orthopedic and performing arts special interest groups. She is also a member of Seattle Dance and Performing Arts Medicine where she serves on their community outreach and education committee and co-chairs the research committee.

    Hannah grew up in the Maryland suburbs of Washington D.C. but spent the last eight years living in North Carolina, earning her doctoral degree in physical therapy from Duke University, and her bachelor degree in kinesiology with a minor in dance from University of North Carolina-Greensboro. She first developed her passion for movement through 18 years of training in classical ballet and contemporary dance. She was also a competitive soccer player, playing through high school varsity and university club levels. Hannah has recently relocated to Seattle and has enjoyed exploring all that the PNW has to offer.

    Biography

    Liz Corwin, DPT, has an interest in orthopedic rehab, lifestyle medicine, vestibular rehab, sports rehab, and performing arts rehab. Ms. Corwin is an accomplished, innovative therapist driven to improve individuals’ quality of life. She is passionate about using a collaborative health team approach to empower her patients to take control of their health and thrive. She strongly believes in listening and working together with her patients to help them achieve their goals. She is a firm believer in the principles of lifestyle medicine and always tries to consider the “whole picture.”

    Ms. Corwin is a board-certified sports clinical specialist and a member of the International Association for Dance Science and Medicine. She serves on the board of directors for Seattle Dance and Performing Arts Medicine where she also co-chairs their community outreach and education committee.

    Ms. Corwin graduated from Elon University with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2014 where she was awarded the “Outstanding Student Researcher” award for her work with dancers. She grew up in Oregon and holds two bachelor's degrees from University of Oregon, in dance and human physiology. She has been dancing her entire life, starting with classical training and then branching out to many other styles. She has a passion for working with performing artists in the clinic. He looks at physical therapy through the lens of lifestyle medicine, believing that chronic inflammatory conditions start to improve when the whole individual starts to move and become healthier. He has pursued further clinical training in functional movement through both the Gray Institute and the Movement Systems approach. He is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of incoming patients with a special interest in orthopedic conditions in the lower extremities.

    In 2012, he received his doctorate in physical therapy from University of Puget Sound and his bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Corban University in 2008.

    Caleb grew up in SeaTac, WA playing every sport he could. He played collegiate soccer and spent a couple years playing at the semi-pro level. Outside of work he still loves to be active, playing softball and soccer whenever he has a chance.     Biography

    Amanda McCallum, PT, enjoys caring for a diverse patient population ranging from those with vestibular disorders, orthopedic/sports injuries, chronic pain, and those seeking to improve their overall fitness and health. She believes in developing a relationship with her clients to understand their health needs and goals. Personally, her goal is for her clients to be able to facilitate positive changes in their daily lives and promote a healthy lifestyle. Special interests include treating patients with vestibular disorders such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) or vestibular neuritis, and providing ASTYM treatments (Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization).

    Amanda completed her Bachelor of Science in physical therapy in 1997 from Quinnipiac College (now Quinnipiac University) in Southern Connecticut. She received her vestibular rehabilitation certification in 1999, cervicogenic dizziness certification in 2007 and ASTYM certification in 2011. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, mountain biking, and dirt biking.

    Biography

    Courtney McCliment, RD, enjoys providing nutrition counseling in the areas of weight management, sports nutrition, pre-diabetes, diabetes and heart health. She is passionate about improving the quality of life through better self care. She believes healthy food choices and physical movement have a profound impact and role in prevention and management of chronic disease. She strives to empower people on their own, unique path to good health.

    Courtney began her career in dietetics in 2005. She completed her Bachelor of Science in food science and human nutrition at Washington State University. She has experience in both inpatient and outpatient nutrition care and counseling. She developed a special interest in the area of diabetes and became certified as a diabetes care and education specialist.

    Biography

    Mary Walton, RD, CDE enjoys working with a wide range of patients and their families to provide education and encourage practical solutions that improve health and quality of life. She is experienced in working with diabetes, heart disease, weight loss, oncology, gastrointestinal disorders, food intolerance, pregnancy, addiction recovery, mindful eating and lifestyle change.

    Mary has a degree in nutrition and dietetics from Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA. She completed her dietetic Internship at College of St Elizabeth in Morristown, NJ. She is a registered dietitian and a certified diabetes educator. When not at the Valley’s Lifestyle Medicine Clinic, Mary enjoys growing and cooking food with her family, hiking, traveling and yoga.

    Lauren Webb, DPT, works with patients of all ages who may need help with orthopedic/sports injuries, chronic pain, or health and fitness lifestyle changes. She enjoys teaching her patients about injuries, the rehab process, injury prevention, and the benefits of exercise and developing healthy habits. She is especially passionate about gymnastics, and loves having the opportunity to work with these athletes in the clinic.

    Lauren received her Bachelor of Science in kinesiology from Washington State University in 2008, and then moved to Denver, CO and completed her doctorate in physical therapy at Regis University in 2012. In 2018, she received her orthopedic clinical specialist certification.     Matt Weston, PT, has 19 years of experience and additional education in manual therapy, neuromuscular retraining, orthopedics and sports specific rehabilitation. Matt practices using an eclectic approach using these techniques that is tailored to each patient to achieve the highest level of function and ability.

    Matt graduated with a Master of Science in physical therapy from Grand Valley State University in 2000. He is certified in functional movement screen (FMS) and selective functional movement assessment (SFMA), and bike fitting. Matt feels an educated patient is a more successful patient. Matt lives in the area with his wife and two young daughters. In his spare time Matt enjoys running, hiking, biking, and generally playing outside with his family.
