When your online statement arrives, you’ll get a
MyChart message that your bill is ready to view.
You can even conveniently pay
your bill online through MyChart.
Note: If you prefer to receive paper statements, you can change your preference to receive statements in the mail by following the steps below
Why paperless billing? Receiving your bill
online keeps your private, medical information more secure; allows you to
receive it faster; and is better for the environment.
If you prefer to get paper statements in the mail, go to your MyChart Billing Summary page and update your choice to paper.
1. Log in to your MyChart account.
2. Go to Menu, in upper left corner and select Billing
3. From the Billing Summary screen, click on the
“cancel paperless billing” link.
4. Confirm your choice by selecting “Receive Paper
5. To enroll back into paperless billing at any time,
click on Paperless Billing on this page.
