Provider Bio
Dr. Knutson is a native of southeastern Michigan. She completed her undergraduate studies in Mathematics at Kalamazoo College and Medical at St Louis University School of Medicine where she also met her husband. It wasn't until she completed Pediatric Residency in Tucson, AZ that she discovered her true passion, Dermatology! She went on to complete her Dermatology Residency at UT Southwestern in Dallas, TX. After practicing and raising 3 children she and her husband moved to the Pacific Northwest to experience all that this incredible area has to offer.
Dr. Knutson's medical interests include skin cancer diagnosis and treatment including Mohs Surgery. She enjoys taking care of all ages and strives to help them understand their diagnosis and treatment. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, and Fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery.
Cynthia enjoys reading, hiking, SUPing, and taking her pup to Marymoor dog park.
