Kirsten Anderson, MD, is a family medicine doctor and provides primary care to patients of all ages. Her goal is to provide up to date, evidence-based medical care while working with patients toward their own health goals. She enjoys getting to know patients and whole families, and has special clinical interest in managing chronic medical conditions, mental health, care of infants and children, and office-based procedures including skin biopsies, IUD and Nexplanon insertion and removal, and joint injections.
Dr. Anderson is originally from the north Seattle suburbs, and received her undergraduate degree from University of Washington. She received her medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, and was thrilled to return to the Seattle area to complete her residency at Valley Medical Center. She is excited to continue to care for Valley patients at the Renton Landing Primary Care location. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, biking, running, hiking, and do-it-yourself home projects.
