The Desimone Levee on the Green River failed and is under repair. The hospital is above the flood zone and currently in no danger of flooding. We evacuated our Time Square and Kent Station Clinics and our Lind Avenue locations. Several locations are experiencing staffing issues due to severe traffic impacts. Impacted patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments. Please be safe, do not drive or walk through standing water, and call 9-1-1 if you need emergency evacuation assistance.

Professional Satisfaction and Wellness Committee (PSWC)
Did you know we have a committee with the mission of enhancing your workplace satisfaction and wellness as a provider at Valley? The PSWC was launched in 2015 and includes practitioners from inpatient and outpatient service areas, administrators, and provider support staff. Promoting a culture of wellness includes activities such as:
•Annual provider recognition celebration
•Peer support line
•Efficiency of practice systems and trainings (e.g. this Epic Efficiency Workshop brought to you by Clinical Informatics]
•Personal resilience activities (collegial connections, mindfulness yoga workshops, personal finance)
