The Desimone Levee on the Green River failed and is under repair. The hospital is above the flood zone and currently in no danger of flooding. We evacuated our Time Square and Kent Station Clinics and our Lind Avenue locations. Several locations are experiencing staffing issues due to severe traffic impacts. Impacted patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments. Please be safe, do not drive or walk through standing water, and call 9-1-1 if you need emergency evacuation assistance.

Join us for a multi-agency, first responder tribute to Valley’s very own frontline caregivers! Be a part of this spectacle of encouragement and appreciation with fire engines, paramedic trucks, police cars, ambulances, lights and sirens.
The tribute runs from 6:30 to approximately 7:15 PM on Thursday, April 16, 2020. The procession will begin at the main hospital entrance. Larger vehicles will stage at the roundabout. Smaller vehicles will do a lap around campus at 6:30 PM. The Mayor of Renton, Fire Chief and Valley administrators will host a short program (broadcast on Facebook) from 6:45 to 7 PM. The procession will then loop over to the South Lot and Chateau at Valley Center on Davis St. S., before heading to North Benson Clinic Urgent Care to end the tribute.
To attend in your car, you're welcome to park (every other space, please) around the campus facing the road. Note that regular parking restrictions around campus will be temporarily relaxed during the event so you're free to park in Lots A, B, E and F.
If you're standing outside to watch, please practice 6' physical distancing and wear cloth facemasks.
If you can’t make it in-person, please watch it live on Facebook beginning at 6:45 PM.
You’re also invited to bring your own signs of thanks for first responders and caregivers, wave, cheer and honk or flash your own car lights.
First responders across King County are planning this huge show of appreciation for healthcare workers at 15 area hospitals throughout the day Thursday. See KOMO story.
