On April 22 we had a pipe elbow failure in our Emergency Department (ED) causing a significant water leak. Crews are working hard to repair damage as quickly as possible. Our ED is open, but several rooms are currently offline, which can increase wait times. Apologies for any inconvenience you may experience.
The Ambulatory Care Pathway Committee has developed and implemented several new pathways for management of Vascular Disease and Foot Wounds. The pathways include:
Peripheral Artery Disease Evaluation & Management
These pathways have been added to the Ambulatory Care Pathways Library along with our previously implemented Vascular Pathways:
Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA)
Carotid Disease Evaluation and Management for Asymptomatic Patients
A special thank you to Omar Dorzi, MD, Rajib Choudhury, MD, Donald Harris, MD, Michael Hori, MD, John Clyde, MD, Nick Dang, MD, and Michael Previti, MD, for their hard work on developing these pathways.
Please refer to the Ambulatory Care Pathways Toolkit Library to review these and other pathways/resources. Any questions about these documents can be sent to ambulatorycarepathways@valleymed.org.
