On April 22 we had a pipe elbow failure in our Emergency Department (ED) causing a significant water leak. Crews are assessing the impact and we are in the process of water abatement. Our ED is open, but several rooms are currently offline which could increase wait times. Some surgeries are also being rescheduled.
Visitor Policy Update: Two Visitors Allowed for Inpatients

In alignment with UW Medicine Hospitals, Valley Medical Center is expanding the inpatient visitor policy to include two visitors for inpatients beginning July 5. This includes 2 visitors in the Birth Center during postpartum and antepartum. Please see the latest Visitor Policy on SharePoint. Changes to the Public Advisory webpage went live on July 5. At this time, visitors are still limited to one for outpatient services and Emergency Department visits.
