The Desimone Levee on the Green River failed and is under repair. The hospital is above the flood zone and currently in no danger of flooding. We evacuated our Time Square and Kent Station Clinics and our Lind Avenue locations. Several locations are experiencing staffing issues due to severe traffic impacts. Impacted patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments. Please be safe, do not drive or walk through standing water, and call 9-1-1 if you need emergency evacuation assistance.

All of the recently updated and published VMC Ambulatory Care Pathways have been added to the Clinical Care Pathways page on ValleyMed.org. This will allow access for practitioners who do not have SharePoint access, as well as outside organizations who refer to Valley, to see what workflows we follow.
In order to make these Care Pathways accessible and functional for outside organizations, links were removed to resource documents that are stored on SharePoint. For providers and staff who do have SharePoint access, we suggest continuing to utilize the Ambulatory Care Pathways Library as this contains all of the Care Pathways as well as associated resources. Links to the pathways within Epic will also continue to go to the SharePoint versions of these files.
