The Desimone Levee on the Green River failed and is under repair. The hospital is above the flood zone and currently in no danger of flooding. We evacuated our Time Square and Kent Station Clinics and our Lind Avenue locations. Several locations are experiencing staffing issues due to severe traffic impacts. Impacted patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments. Please be safe, do not drive or walk through standing water, and call 9-1-1 if you need emergency evacuation assistance.

Medical Staff Reduced Availability: Urology and Infectious Disease

12/21/2023

Please note the referral guidelines below, due to reduced availability of medical staff in those medical specialties:

Urology
The Urology Clinic is accepting referrals for urgent/STAT patients. Currently they are accepting routine referrals only for empaneled Valley patients.

Infectious Disease
The Infectious Disease service will still provide 24/7 consultation service but now consultations placed after 1:00 PM may not be seen until the following day. For ambulatory referrals, please note that e-consults went live starting Nov. 27 and this option may get your questions answered more expediently.
