The Desimone Levee on the Green River failed and is under repair. The hospital is above the flood zone and currently in no danger of flooding. We evacuated our Time Square and Kent Station Clinics and our Lind Avenue locations. Several locations are experiencing staffing issues due to severe traffic impacts. Impacted patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments. Please be safe, do not drive or walk through standing water, and call 9-1-1 if you need emergency evacuation assistance.

New Crisis Support Signs

2/15/2024

We are pleased to announce a new resource for providing support and care for our patients and community members. New signs have been installed in the main public restrooms throughout the hospital that list contact information for crisis support and resources. A similar version will be available for the clinics as well. Each sign includes contact information for support agencies that specialize in resources for critical areas such as suicide, trafficking, child abuse, domestic violence, and vulnerable adults. The signs also offer guidance to talk to a staff person in the ED or clinic, for those who need immediate assistance or don't have a phone. We encourage all staff to familiarize themselves with these signs and the resources listed. Your awareness could be crucial in guiding someone towards the help they need.
