On April 22 we had a pipe elbow failure in our Emergency Department (ED) causing a significant water leak. Crews are working hard to repair damage as quickly as possible. Our ED is open, but several rooms are currently offline, which can increase wait times. Apologies for any inconvenience you may experience.
Updated Hospital Consent for Surgical and Procedural Treatment
The hospital consent for surgical and procedural treatment (form 860350) has been updated and is available on SharePoint. This consent is specifically for hospital-based procedures only. The primary rationale for the update is to meet the surrogate order of priority provided by Washington State RCW 7.70.065.
