"Mike has been a Pulmonary Intensivist in the CCU since 8/22.  He is a wonderful physician and treats everyone with kindness and respect.  Everyone speaks highly of Mike.  He instantly fit in to the group with his skill set and personality, we hope he stays for a very long time. I hear him say hello to staff and call them by their name, this means a lot to them.  I fully support his nomination for Provider of the month as do our providers.

Olga Lebed, ARNP, Infectious Disease Clinic

Congratulations to Olga Lebed, a nurse practitioner in our Infectious Disease Clinic and our July 2024 Provider of the Month! See what her colleagues had to say:

“Olga is willing to go the extra mile to make sure our department continues to run smoothly both in her commitment to her knowledge base and to coming to be sure the work is done. Not sure what I would have done without her in these last 5 months.

• Valley employee for at least a quarter of a century, 17 years in ICU, 6 in ID department
• Strong self-motivator, has largely taught herself the infectious disease field including time for courses spent out of work hours
• Has been selfless in filling gaps that have arisen since we lost a provider including extra weekends, back-to-back weekends, and coming in on her days off
• All this while supporting 2 families recently from Ukraine including housing, help with work, immigration paperwork, among many things she has done
• Does excellent work and is liked by staff and patients”
